Overview
This guide explains how to link your Venue membership to the VenueVue App. Linking ensures you can access your member benefits and account details directly from the app.
Prerequisites
- Your valid Membership Number
- The mobile number registered with the Venue
- A stable internet connection
Linking Your Membership (First-Time Setup)
- On the login screen, tap Link My Membership.
- Enter your Membership Number and Mobile Number.
- Tap Connect.
- Enter the Verification Code sent to your mobile.
- Check your membership details and press Verify.
- If no account exists, create a password to finish account setup.
Possible Messages
- Membership already linked: Follow prompts to log in or reset your password.
- User account exists for email: Follow prompts to log in or reset your password.
- Mobile number does not match records: Visit reception to update your details.
Adding Multiple Memberships
You can link more than one membership to your VenueVue account.
- Open the Membership Page in the app.
- Tap the multi-card button.
- Enter details for the additional membership and press Add.
- Once verified, switch between linked memberships using the drop-down menu.
⚠️ Note: A membership number can only be linked to one VenueVue account.
Troubleshooting
- Didn’t receive verification code? Confirm your mobile number is correct.
- Membership already linked? Check you are logging in with the correct VenueVue account.
- Mobile mismatch? Visit reception to update your details.
